Rates
Rates in EURO per person and night, including gourmet half board and all inclusive Hubertus services (VAT and all taxes included).
- Accommodation with breakfast available upon request: Discount of € 10 per adult off the half board price.
- Double room with single occupancy: 60% surcharge on the booked listed half board price per day (only upon request).
Local tax (tax on overnight stays)
€ 2,30 per overnight stay (from 15 years)
The small print
An additional breakfast costs:
- per person € 18,00
- per child up to 10 years € 11,00
An additional evening menu costs € 35,00 per person.
Arrival and Departure: On your day of arrival, your room will be available from 3pm. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10am.
Dogs: Dog fee (food not included): € 15 per day and dog. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and lounge area out of consideration for the other guests.
Passenger elevator: All floors offer level access for wheelchairs.
Payment methods: You can pay cash or with debit cards (DE, A, NL) or credit cards.
Cancellations: The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry, as amended on 15/11/2006, apply. AGBH. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance at home.
Cancellation condition - Carefree booking
We offer you the possibility to cancel your holiday free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
- from 28 days to 7 days before arrival 80% of the total amount.
- from 7 days to 1 day before arrival 90 % of the total amount.
Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows, will be charged the total amount.
